Mint & Needle is a boutique medical aesthetics practice specializing in natural, results-driven aesthetic treatments that help patients look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves.

Founded by aesthetic nurse injector Brandi Gregge, Mint & Needle is known for its thoughtful, patient-first approach and expertise in advanced aesthetic medicine. The practice focuses on treatments that enhance natural beauty while maintaining balance, harmony, and subtlety.

Services include neuromodulators (anti-wrinkle injections such as Botox), dermal filler, facial balancing, microneedling, collagen-stimulating treatments, and personalized skincare recommendations. Each treatment plan is customized based on facial anatomy, skin health, and long-term aesthetic goals.

Mint & Needle takes a conservative, education-focused approach to aesthetic care. Patients are guided through every step of the process so they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment decisions. The goal is always natural, refined results that support long-term skin health and aging gracefully.

With locations in Middletown, Lewes, and Greenville, Delaware, Mint & Needle serves patients throughout Delaware, the Philadelphia region, and the surrounding areas who are seeking expert aesthetic treatments in a welcoming, highly personalized environment.

The practice is built on the belief that aesthetic medicine should enhance confidence, support self-expression, and help people feel at home in their own skin.
