Charline Brenot is a Vice President at Mint Selection, specializing in energy, power, and infrastructure executive recruitment. With five years of international recruitment experience, Charline currently leads the US market and oversees senior appointments in the energy transition and infrastructure spaces. Previously, Charline held roles at Talan, managing account relationships and talent acquisition for a large international advisory group. Charline is passionate about supporting clients throughout the entire lifecycle of energy projects and prides themselves on being a strategic thinker in the renewable energy industry.
