Carolin Geier's work experience began in 2014 as a Student Trainee Marketing at Biomet, where they were responsible for product marketing and event marketing. Carolin then worked as a Student Social Media Marketing at webvitamin GmbH before becoming a Scholarship Holder at Heinz Nixdorf Programme/GIZ, gaining cross-cultural experience in foreign markets. Carolin then served as a Trainee (Intern) in Development Cooperation at the European External Action Service. In 2016, they worked as a Consultant Marketing at Oikocredit and later as a Business Development Executive at Festicket. Carolin also held the role of Business Development Executive at indaHash in 2017. Carolin then became a Principal Lecturer at Akelei e.V., coaching and training women in business. In 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant at the German Parliament for Nicole Westig and Mario Brandenburg. Currently, Carolin is the Chief Of Staff and Chief Operating Officer at Mintbase, responsible for business development, partnerships, setting KPIs, networking, and identifying new business opportunities and markets.

Carolin Geier completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business at the University of the West of England from 2008 to 2012. Carolin then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. During their time as an undergraduate student, they also participated in an Erasmus Year abroad at Universidad de Granada from 2010 to 2011, focusing on International Business.
