Nate Geier

Nate Geier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nate currently holds the position of CEO at Mintbase since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor and Director of Technology at Bumped Inc from 2017 to present. In 2015, they served as a Sr. Web Platforms Engineer at R/GA, where they played a key role in the frontend re-write of NikeiD, leading to the adoption of open source libraries by multiple teams at Nike. Nate also has experience as the CEO of Coursetto, a knowledge-sharing platform, from 2014 to 2015. Furthermore, they worked as a Senior Developer at Nike from 2014 to 2015, providing programming services for the Nike Claims and Returns application. Earlier in their career, Nate worked as the Owner/Developer/Designer at Interactive Balance where they developed Learning Management Systems for various clients. Additionally, they were the Co-Founder of CodeChops, a co-working space in Oregon, and worked as an Interactive Designer + Developer at SK+G, an advertising agency. Nate also has experience as a Creative Strategist in South Africa and as a Wildland Firefighter.

Nate Geier obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/ Creative Advertising from the University of Oregon.
