Emil Lamprecht

Emil Lamprecht has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emil is currently the CEO and Researcher at Growth Mechanics, where they are developing a portfolio of companies dedicated to improving public health and expanding research education. Previously, Emil worked as an international designer and operator of a startup accelerator model for companies like Google and MunichRE. Emil also played a role in the creation and design of the Google Launchpad accelerator platform and operated or assisted numerous programs across multiple countries. Additionally, they were involved in the design and development of a Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator platform called Yunus Social Business Accelerator.

Emil is also a Co-founder of Tuttu, an online web recorder for creating and sharing audio content. Emil serves as an Advisor at mintBlue, a supplier of scalable technologies for financial services and cybersecurity. Emil has also worked as a Research Advocate and Founder at Yleos, a platform for recording and coding audio for research purposes.

In the past, Emil has worked as an Advisor and Director at Femologist, a platform curating female health products. Emil co-founded and served on the board of Live UTI Free, an organization focused on patient education, research, and advocacy for urinary tract infections. Emil has also been involved with CareerFoundry, a mentored training platform for careers in technology, where they served as an advisor and was a founding team member. Emil was the CMO and Head of UX Education at CareerFoundry, and also played a role in the Africa Pandemic Response Alliance and Meals For The NHS.

Earlier in their career, Emil worked as the Chief Experience Officer at Whole Design Studios, an agency specializing in marketing and design for Shopify.

Emil Lamprecht holds a BAS degree in Marketing Communication, Photography, and Entrepreneurship from Emerson College. Additionally, they are a certified Google Design Sprint Master, having obtained this certification in November 2015. Emil is also a Certified Martial Arts Instructor, having obtained this certification from Shihan Eric Pedersen of the Brunswick Martial Arts Academy in August 2005.
