Brandon Morgado is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Platform at Minted since July 2024, Brandon previously held the role of Tech Founder and CTO at Werkx, where responsibilities included MVP development and business operations. Prior to this, Brandon significantly contributed to Shipt as Director of Engineering for Site Reliability, creating a resilient SRE organization. Brandon's career also includes extensive roles at Amazon Web Services, where accomplishments ranged from building automated solutions to providing technical account management for major clients. Additional experience includes positions at Emergency CallWorx, Southern Company, and Infinity Insurance. Brandon holds a Master of Engineering in Information Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Auburn University.
