Megan Fields is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in user experience and optimization. Currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at Minted since June 2022, Megan previously held the role of Lead UX Researcher. Prior to Minted, valuable experience was gained as Director of Optimization / UX and UX Strategy & Optimization Lead at PixelMEDIA from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Megan worked at Booking.com as a Product Owner from 2015 to 2017 and at PixelMEDIA in various roles, including User Experience Architect and Support Project Manager / Developer, from 2004 to 2015. Early in the career, Megan made contributions as Web Content Supervisor and Web Content Coordinator at Connection from 1999 to 2004. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of New Hampshire.
