Shilpa Pathak

Shilpa Pathak has extensive experience in supply chain management and product development across multiple companies. At Minted, Shilpa served as Senior Director of eCommerce Supply Chain and Senior Director of Supply Chain - Stationery from January 2022 to June 2022. Prior to that, Shilpa was the Head of Supply Chain and Senior Director of Product Development, Sourcing & Supplier Management at VIDA & Co. from January 2021 to January 2022. Shilpa also worked as a Consultant at VentureEdge LLC from February 2020 to January 2021 and held various roles at GearLaunch, including Sr. Director of Product Development & Fulfillment. Shilpa's earlier career included a position as Senior Manager of Product Development & Global Supply Chain at Redbubble, responsible for managing vendor relationships and delivering high-quality products. Shilpa holds an Associate in Applied Science in Apparel Production Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from Mumbai University.
