Steve G.

Steve G. currently serves as General Counsel at Minted since August 2019, contributing to growth through strategic planning, IP management, and commercial transactions, while advising the board and C-suite on governance and risk management. In addition, Steve G. is a Charter Member of TechGC, fostering a community of General Counsels for knowledge sharing and support. Prior to Minted, Steve G. was a Partner at Jones Day from May 2003 to June 2019, where strategic advisory roles were undertaken for various companies, and served as Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from September 1996 to April 2003, leading significant IPO and M&A deals. Steve G. holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
