Lesetsa Mabokela

Lesetsa Mabokela serves as the Group Head of Physical Separation in the Minerals Processing division at Mintek, a role held since 2013. They led a team of 29 professionals, providing technical guidance on process flowsheet development projects while managing client interactions and ensuring project execution within budget and timelines. Prior to Mintek, Lesetsa worked as a Principal Engineer, offering R&D services to the mining industry, and served as a Senior Plant Metallurgist at Anglo American, where they managed production teams and ensured quality reporting. Lesetsa holds a BSc in Metallurgy and Materials from Wits University, completed in 2005.
