Olivia Barron is currently the Chief Scientist in Fuel Cell Manufacturing at Mintek, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Key Technology Specialist in Fuel Cells at HySA Systems from 2019 to 2021. Olivia also served as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow and completed their PhD at the South African Institute for Advanced Materials Chemistry from 2011 to 2014, following their education at the University of the Western Cape from 2002 to 2011.
