Cormac Henry

Cormac Henry possesses extensive experience in the food and drink industry, currently serving as Associate Director at Mintel since July 2019, where career progression includes roles from Global Food and Drink Analyst to Principal Global Food and Drink Analyst. Previously, Cormac held the position of Marketing and Insight Manager at PinPointer and worked as a Senior Client Manager at CGA. Early career roles included teaching English at the International Institute for the Gifted and working in various capacities at Mintel and the Western Health and Social Care Trust. Cormac holds a First Class Honours degree in Communication, Advertising, and Marketing from Ulster University, earned from 2009 to 2013.
