Ed Gross has extensive experience in the field of data strategy and software development, currently serving as an Advisor for Predictive Analytics Enablement at Mintel since July 2007. In this role, Ed engages with global business partners to enhance the success and expansion of Mintel’s Data Products and Predictive Analytics. Previously, Ed held positions such as Principal of Data Strategy, Global IT Training and Enablement Director, and AVP of Software Development, where management support, people development, and IT training initiatives were prioritized. Ed's earlier experience includes working as a Software Project Manager and Software Developer, focusing on client-facing web solutions. Prior to Mintel, Ed worked as a Technical Services Engineer at Epic, providing support to large healthcare organizations. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
