Lilia Smith is currently a Senior Innovation Consultant at Mintel, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this role, Lilia contributed as a Food Trend Researcher at Harrods from 2019 to 2021 and developed food products at Lola's Cupcakes between 2017 and 2019.
