Peter Dowdall is an experienced information security professional, currently serving as the Global Information Security Manager at Mintel since October 2015, where responsibilities include leadership in Operational, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Application Security disciplines, as well as improving Information Security Management systems and frameworks. Prior experience includes serving as an iM Governance Specialist at WorleyParsons from October 2014 to October 2015, focusing on Governance Risk and Assurance activities and providing reporting and InfoSec advice. Additionally, Peter held the position of ICT Security Manager and Data Protection Officer at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from August 2008 to October 2014, overseeing Information Security and Data Protection management, technical product selection, and team mentorship alongside corporate and information risk management.
