Simon Hollowood

Simon Hollowood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic development. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director at Mintel International Group since March 2002, Simon oversees all recruitment and talent networking for the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Simon was a Senior Consultant at Carbon Search from October 2000 to February 2002, focusing on executive search and leadership talent evaluation. Earlier in the career, Simon spent over thirteen years at BUPA, from February 1987 to October 2000, as the Group Strategy and Development Manager, where responsibilities included aligning strategies for various key BUPA businesses. Simon holds a BA in Modern History from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in 1990, and attended Repton School.
