Alex Lowe is a Partner at MinterEllison, where they specialize in projects and construction law, focusing on project delivery in the public infrastructure and energy & resources sectors. They have extensive experience advising both public and private sector clients on major projects, including mine and mineral processing, rail, tunnelling, and waste-to-energy projects. Prior to becoming a Partner in 2022, Alex served as a Senior Associate at MinterEllison from 2012 to 2021 and as an Associate at Addleshaw Goddard from 2008 to 2011. Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Liverpool and postgraduate qualifications in law from City, University of London and BPP Law School. Admitted to practice in Western Australia and England & Wales, they continue to contribute significantly to the field of construction law.
