Alex Lowe is a Partner at MinterEllison, where they specialize in projects and construction law, focusing on project delivery in the public infrastructure and energy & resources sectors. They have extensive experience advising both public and private sector clients on major projects, including mine and mineral processing, rail, tunnelling, and waste-to-energy projects.
