Alison Smith currently serves as a Special Counsel at MinterEllison since July 2023, having been with the firm since 2013, where Alison initially held the position of Senior Associate in Human Resources & Industrial Relations. Alison's career began with graduate rotations across various departments, including Human Resources & Industrial Relations, Tax, and Commercial Advice & Dispute Resolution. Alison completed a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science at The University of Queensland from 2007 to 2012, later obtaining a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2013.
