Daniel Scotti is a partner at MinterEllison, specializing in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Since 2011, Daniel has led the Sydney Equity Capital Markets team, providing extensive transactional experience in equity and hybrid capital markets. Prior to this role, Daniel served as a senior associate at Freehills and as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, earned between 1995 and 1999.
