Jane Nelligan is a former Big Four Partner with over 15 years of international experience in management consulting and industry, having been involved in more than $7 billion worth of deals across various sectors including Telecommunications and Banking. Currently, Jane serves as the Director of Enterprise Risk at MinterEllison and is the Founder and Managing Director of NC Advisory. Previously, Jane held key positions at Deloitte Asia Pacific where they led risk management initiatives and built high-performing teams, significantly increasing commercial maturity and client margins. Jane is a qualified lawyer, complemented by security qualifications including AQSA, CISM, and ISO27001 Lead Auditor, and is known for a collaborative and practical approach to transformation and stakeholder management. Jane is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canterbury.
