Lisa Fleming is the National Resourcing Manager at MinterEllison, leading the internal recruitment team and driving talent acquisition initiatives nationally with a focus on the Infrastructure, Construction & Property Line of Business. They began their recruitment career in 2013, specializing in legal recruitment and have successfully filled a wide range of roles across various sectors. Prior to their recruitment journey, Lisa served as a Principal Legal Officer/In-House Counsel in the government sector, where they provided high-level legal advice and managed complex contracts. Currently, Lisa is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at QUT, along with other educational qualifications in Human Resource Management and Mediation Skills.
