Mark Anning

Mark Anning is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate governance and commercial law. Currently serving as Executive Counsel at MinterEllison on secondment to Queensland Treasury, Mark has held senior legal roles at various organizations, including Lake Resources as Head of Legal and Company Secretary, and Ellume as General Counsel and Company Secretary. With prior positions at Tritium, Vita Group Limited, and Queensland Gas Company Limited, Mark has significant expertise in merger and acquisition transactions and commercial dispute resolution. Mark holds degrees in Law and Commerce from The University of Queensland and has furthered knowledge through leadership programs at Harvard University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
