Mark Montes

Mark Montes is a Senior Legal Counsel in the Minter Ellison Capital Markets & Corporate division, with over 30 years of legal practice, including more than ten years at Minter Ellison. They have significant experience in banking and finance, corporate and property law, and extensive expertise in corporate recovery and insolvency matters. Mark specializes in various corporate finance fields, including acquisition finance and related security arrangements. They are a member of the Law Society of South Australia and frequently present seminars on the Personal Property Securities Act 2009. Prior to their current role, Mark served as a Partner at Minter Ellison and held positions at Piper Alderman. They hold a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of South Australia.
