Michael Scarf

Michael Scarf is a partner at MinterEllison, where they specialize in corporate M&A law, focusing on public takeovers and private acquisitions. Michael has extensive experience advising both Australian and international clients on corporate governance and various transaction types, including distressed M&A and private equity. Their past roles include corporate counsel at Tyco International and senior associate at Allens. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Law from UNSW and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. They are a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
