Nancy Griffiths

Nancy Griffiths is the Head of Risk Operations at MinterEllison, bringing 18 years of risk management experience to the role. With a history of senior executive positions in international professional services, Nancy is recognized for strategic risk leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills. Previously, they served as Head of Risk Management and Compliance at DLA Piper and held various roles in risk analysis and management at other prestigious firms. Nancy is currently pursuing an International Certificate in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management, alongside degrees in Social Science and Law from the University of NSW.
