Peter Mitchell is a Partner at MinterEllison, where they advise a broad range of clients on various aspects of real estate law, including leasing and capital transactions. With a wealth of experience in retail, industrial, commercial, and residential assets, Peter regularly lectures at property seminars and legal panels. They have been recognized in the last two editions of 'The Best Lawyers in Australia' for Real Property Law and ranked by Doyle's Guide as a leading property and real estate lawyer in Victoria in 2017. Currently, Peter serves on the Property Council of Australia’s Retirement Living Committee. They hold a dual degree in law and commerce from The University of Auckland.
