Ron Forster

Ron Forster is a Senior Consultant at MinterEllison, boasting over 25 years of experience in public and private M&A and corporate law. Since joining MinterEllison in 1999, they have advised numerous blue-chip clients on corporate restructuring, public company takeovers, private acquisitions, and equity capital markets transactions. Previously, Ron was a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright from 1993 to 1999. They hold a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws, as well as a Master of Laws specializing in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Taxation from the University of Sydney. As a founding member of the Corporations Law Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ron is also an accomplished speaker and author in the corporate field.
