Simon Batten is a Special Counsel at MinterEllison, having previously served as a Graduate Lawyer with the firm from 2003 to 2004. From 2005 to 2010, Simon worked at Allens as a Lawyer and Senior Associate. They also held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Energex from 2012 to 2018, following roles as Legal Counsel at Ergon Energy from 2010 to 2012 and at Energy Queensland from 2018 to 2019. Simon earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bond University between 1999 and 2002.
