Steven Grant

Steven Grant is a Special Counsel at MinterEllison, specializing in M&A, international investment, and major projects. They advise Australian and international investors on establishing businesses and acquiring assets in Australia, as well as on significant government transactions. With a wealth of experience, Steven has led teams in complex corporate transactions across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and technology. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law with Honors from The University of Queensland, where they also served as a Student Ambassador.
