Tom Shon

Tom Shon is a partner at MinterEllison, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and corporate securities matters. With extensive experience advising major Australian and foreign companies across various sectors, Tom leads the Korea Desk at MinterEllison, representing prominent Korean multinational corporations. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Lawyer at ASIC and held roles at the Australian Government and KPMG. Tom has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment and obtained a dual law and business degree from the University of Technology Sydney.
