Ray Radia

Ray Radia has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Ray began their career in 1994 as an Assistant Sales and Marketing at Tunga. In 1996, they were promoted to Head of Sales and Marketing. In 1999, they moved to Royal Palms India as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and was later promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing, and then Associate Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2007, they joined Sun-N-Sand Hotels Pvt. Ltd as General Manager of Sales and Marketing and was later promoted to Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing and Corporate Head of Sales and Marketing. In 2011, they moved to findbestvenue.com as Group General Manager and General Manager. In 2013, they joined Formation Capital Inc. (Hospitality & Pharma Division) as Vice President National Sales and Marketing, Vice President Sales and Marketing, and Operations, and Assistant Vice President Operations (Pharma Division). In 2017, they joined Mintex Tech as Group Senior Vice President - Global and Senior Vice President of Global Sales Marketing and Operations.

Ray Radia obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Kishinchand Chellaram College in India between 1987 and 1992. Ray then attended Hassaram Rijhumal College in India between 1993 and 1995, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration. In 1995 and 1996, Ray attended ICBI Mumbai, where they completed an Image Consulting and Soft Skills Training Program. Ray then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2017. Ray's educational history began in 1975 at Hindi Vidhya Bhavan, where they completed their schooling.
