Jitendra Gupta

Jitendra Gupta is a Senior Legal Manager at Mintifi since September 2022, where responsibilities include structuring processes for secured loans, defining legal policies, leading due diligence for a $110 million equity round, and conducting debt negotiations with financial institutions. Previously, Jitendra served as Head of Legal and Compliance at GMoney, contributing to product launch and regulatory compliance. Prior roles include Company Secretary and Manager-Legal at Suvidhaa Infoserve, where Jitendra advanced through the ranks due to exceptional performance in legal management, as well as legal positions at Hytone Textstyles and Teena Dedhia & Associates. Jitendra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Mumbai, a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
