Daniel Wolkowitz

Daniel Wolkowitz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology and customer success. Starting as a Photographer and later transitioning to an Account Executive and Customer Success Manager at somethin', Daniel honed skills in client management before joining Shorthand as the first Customer Success Engineer, where responsibilities included managing a large customer base and implementing effective retention strategies. Subsequent roles included Technical Lead at DBNY, Senior Account Executive at Vitally.io, and currently serving as Enterprise GTM at Mintlify. Daniel's education includes a Full Stack Web Development Certification from New York Code + Design Academy, and a Computer Science degree from New York University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Queens College.
