Aaron Porter

Aaron Porter, CFA has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Aaron began their career as an Assistant at Richardson Partners Financial in 2007 and later became an Associate Investment Advisor. In 2008, they joined Minto Group Inc. as a Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for financial modeling and preparing financing proposals for various projects. Aaron then transitioned to Minto Communities as the Manager of Financial Analysis, constructing complex financial models and presenting cash flows to senior management. In 2014, Aaron returned to Minto Group Inc. as the Manager of Portfolio Analysis, where they prepared analysis for the company's rental portfolio and dealt with investor requests. Overall, Aaron has a strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation in the real estate industry.

Aaron Porter, CFA attended Carleton University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Accounting. In 2011, they also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
