Gary Ng

Gary Ng has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service and volunteer engagement. From October 2011 to November 2014, Gary worked at United Way/Centraide Ottawa as a Volunteer Engagement Support, responsible for screening volunteer candidates and managing the volunteer pool database. Prior to that, Gary was a Customer Experience Representative at OfficeTeam and served in multiple roles, including Lead Concierge, Concierge, and Maintenance Service Coordinator at Minto Group Inc. From January 2008 to June 2009, Gary contributed as a Customer Service Associate at Manulife Financial, handling inquiries related to life insurance policies. Gary's educational background includes a degree in Science with a focus on Computer Mathematics from Carleton University, and further business training at Willis College, where coursework included various software tools and principles of business administration. Currently, Gary holds the position of Service Coordinator at The Minto Group since January 2019.
