Holly Chen

Holly Chen, P.Eng, is a seasoned Project Manager at Minto Group since May 2014, where notable projects include the 50-storey condominium "The Saint at 89 Church Street" and the mixed-use development of WestSide and 39 Niagara, featuring four towers and three parking levels. Holly also served as Assistant Project Manager for various projects, including the 35-storey condo at 88 Sheppard, and began her career at Minto Group in roles such as Development Coordinator and Estimating Co-op. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the Sustainable Engineers Association, where Holly increased student engagement through innovative field trip coordination. Holly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
