Michelle Calloway

Michelle Calloway is a seasoned executive in the property management sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Minto Group since February 2025. Previously, Calloway held the position of Vice President of Operations at Fitzrovia Real Estate Inc. from August 2020 to February 2025. Calloway has extensive experience, including roles as Vice President of Residential Property Management at Mayfield Management Group Ltd., Director of Residential Property Management at Westcorp Property Management Inc., and Regional Property Manager at both Rhapsody Property Management Services and Pinnacle Property Management Services. In these various roles, Calloway has successfully overseen significant portfolios, including the management of 6,500 homes and 120 employees across military installations, and has executed management plans for large residential communities.
