Richard Henry

Richard Henry is an experienced home inspector with a robust background in property assessment and management. Since March 2014, Richard has served as a MasterCare Inspector at Minto Group Inc. and has been a Registered Home Inspector and Certified NRCan ecoENERGY home auditor at Peace Of Mind Home Inspection Service since June 2004. Richard conducts extensive property inspections for potential buyers and sellers, covering all aspects from the roof to the basement, and provides services including pre-purchase and Tarion New Home warranty inspections. Prior to his career in home inspection, Richard held managerial positions, including Lead Operator at Ross' Independent Grocer and Manager at Pharma Plus Drug Mart, where responsibilities included inventory management and staff scheduling. Richard’s educational background includes studies in home inspection and home construction at Algonquin College.
