Ryan Stevens

Ryan Stevens is a seasoned professional in compliance and facility management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Compliance at Minto Group since March 2015. In this role, Ryan leads the Compliance team to ensure that all assets across Canada adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and standards, overseeing numerous mechanical and life safety contracts. Prior positions at Minto Group included Manager of Compliance and Facility Maintenance, Senior Facility Compliance Inspector, and Facility Compliance Inspector, where Ryan successfully managed compliance for residential and commercial portfolios. Earlier career experiences include Maintenance Technician roles at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Mount Royal Hotel, where responsibilities encompassed general maintenance tasks. Ryan holds an FMA designation from BOMI International, along with credentials in building systems and HVAC from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
