Shirley

Shirley Ma has extensive experience in customer care and communication, currently serving as a Customer Care and Communication Representative at Minto Developments Inc. since January 2009. Prior to this role, Shirley worked as a Travel Consultant at Sunnyview Holidays Inc. in 2008 and held multiple positions at Shanghai American School from 1999 to 2007, including Facilities Coordinator and Housing Coordinator. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Seasky Multimedia Production Inc. and a Law Clerk at GuoMao Law Firm. Shirley holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Carleton University and completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Additionally, Shirley pursued coursework with Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario from 2015 to 2017.
