Todd Vine is currently the Director of Estimating and Purchasing at The Minto Group, a role they have held since 2024. They have extensive experience in estimating, having served as a Senior Estimator at Central Precast Inc. from 1996 to 2013 and as a High-Rise Estimator at Minto Communities - Canada since 2013. In addition, Todd has held the position of Manager, Estimating and Purchasing at Minto Communities Inc. since 2017. Todd earned a degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology between 1993 and 1996.
