Todd Vine is currently the Director of Estimating and Purchasing at The Minto Group, a role they have held since 2024. They have extensive experience in estimating, having served as a Senior Estimator at Central Precast Inc. from 1996 to 2013 and as a High-Rise Estimator at Minto Communities - Canada since 2013.
