Mikus Saulitis

Mikus Saulitis has a significant work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Mikus most recently worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Mintos, starting in April 2019. Prior to this, Mikus held various roles at 4finance from 2012 to 2014, including Senior QA Engineer and QA Team Lead. In these positions, they were responsible for test automation using tools such as Cucumber, JUnit, and Selenium WebDriver for FinTech products across multiple countries. Mikus also played a key role in the growth of the Quality Assurance team and implementing QA processes in different offices. Before joining 4finance, Mikus worked as a QA specialist at Nexum Insurance Technologies from 2010 to 2012 and as a Junior QA specialist at Exigen Services from 2008 to 2009.

Mikus Saulitis holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences in Computer Systems from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University), which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from the same university, completing it from 2009 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Mikus obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level qualification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in October 2012, and became an ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation level - Agile Tester in December 2017.
