Uldis Nipers

Uldis Nipers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Uldis started their career as a System Administrator at the Ministry of the Interior of the Rebuplic of Latvia in July 2002 and worked there until November 2003. Uldis then joined the Constitution Protection Bureau of the Republic of Latvia as an IT specialist from December 2003 to May 2008. Uldis then moved on to Regionala Investiciju Banka A.S., where they held the role of Acting Head of IS support and development section from June 2008 to November 2013. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Engineer at Mintos since July 2014.

Uldis Nipers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in E-commerce at the Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration from 2001 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Latvijas Universitate, from 2006 to 2008.
