Leigh Lepore has extensive work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. From 2001 to 2004, they were a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where they led functional software design, testing, and implementation. From 2004 to 2006, they were an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, a global leader in executive search and leadership advisory, where they were responsible for the overall search process and leading the development and execution of search strategies. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Senior Manager and Head of North American Analyst Recruiting at Capital One, where they led a 17-person team across the US and in Canada. In 2010, they founded Twisuka, an online store to sell the art of young impoverished artists in Bagamoyo, Tanzania with the goal of increasing the artists' income opportunities. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director and Business Manager at Berz Gallery of African Art, where they managed the top antique African art business and reinvented the company with a new brand, website, and overall customer experience. Since 2012, they have been the CEO and Head of Strategy for mintr, a brand development and creative agency crafting powerful brand stories and online experiences for better results. Since 2013, they have been the Chairman of the Board for Aurora Community Connection Family Resource Center.
Leigh Lepore attained a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech College of Engineering in 2001, having started their studies in 1995.
