Tom Ormberg

Tom Ormberg is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Member of the Management Board and Employee Representative at Mintra Holding since April 2020. With a diverse background, Tom has been involved with Mintra Group as a Product Manager and Senior Consultant since November 2006. Leadership experience includes a tenure as Chairman of the Board at Bergen Sporveisfunksjonærers byggeselskap from March 2012 to April 2024, where responsibilities encompassed managing board meetings and oversight of building operations. Previous roles include consulting positions at EVRY Norge and Onsoft Computer Systems AS, focusing on payroll and HR implementation, and managing payroll for marine personnel at Prosafe Offshore LTD.
