Anthony M. Patrone

Associate at Mintz

Anthony focuses his practice on advising companies in the communications and media industries. He regularly draws on his experience with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to steer clients through transactional, regulatory, and compliance issues before the agency. Anthony primarily works on matters involving wireless and broadband services.

Prior to joining Mintz, Anthony worked as an attorney advisor in the Broadband Division of the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau. In that role, he worked on rulemakings involving broadband internet access, matters involving licensee petitions, and spectrum auctions.

While earning his JD, Anthony served as a legal and privacy intern at a software company that offers a cloud-based data privacy and protection platform. He also held several internships with the FCC, including in the Competition Policy Division of the Wireline Competition Bureau, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, and the Office of the Chairman under former FCC Chairman Ajit Pai. In law school, he was an associate on the George Washington Journal of Energy and Environmental Law.
