Chris focuses his practice on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing deals, and the financing of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. He has experience negotiating real estate transaction agreements, conducting due diligence, and handling title and survey matters. Chris has represented real estate developers and property owners in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Mintz, Chris was a real estate associate at an international law firm, where he worked on a broad spectrum of real estate matters. Earlier, as an associate at a firm with a significant focus on real estate, he handled various aspects of real estate transactions and commercial real estate development.
