David A. Ballinger

David works closely with the firm’s management in developing and implementing strategic initiatives while overseeing all financial and administrative functions. He started his career at a Big Eight accounting firm in London and has held senior management positions at several organizations in the Boston area.

David first joined Mintz in 1996, serving as the firm’s Director of Finance and Administration as well as Chief Financial Officer of ML Capital, LLC through 2005. Immediately prior to David’s return, he was the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of a mid-sized Boston law firm. David returned to Mintz in 2008 in the role of Chief Operating Officer.
