Erin E. Galliher

Associate at Mintz

Erin’s practice encompasses complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and white collar criminal defense. She has experience drafting briefs and motions for federal and state court cases, representing clients in government investigations and enforcement actions, preparing experts and other witnesses for testimony, and assisting with discovery. She has represented clients in a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining Mintz, Erin was a litigation associate and a summer associate at a global law firm, where she assisted with a broad range of litigation matters as well as government and internal investigations.

While in law school, Erin served as executive editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she argued a habeas corpus appeal at the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She also received the best brief and best oralist awards in her Legal Research and Writing class and later served as a teaching assistant for the program.

Before law school, Erin was a legal assistant at a Washington, DC-based law firm. Earlier, she worked for a publishing company in Saratoga Springs, New York.
