Fred oversees the Information Technology Department and assumes overall responsibility for the firm’s information technology, information security, and information governance functions. This includes technology strategy, infrastructure design and support, hardware/software acquisition, and administration, customer support and training programs, to ensure consistent, high-quality information systems, security, and management to support current needs and plan for future requirements.

He has been with Mintz for more than 20 years. Before joining the firm, Fred was a senior technology consultant with HP (Compaq Computer Corporation, previously Digital Equipment Corporation), where he focused on building data networks and enterprise application integration, specializing in messaging and collaboration. Prior to this, he was a network specialist with DMR Trecom, a technology consulting company. He also held various technical supervisory positions with ENSR Consulting and Engineering, culminating as a program manager helping utilities comply with the acid rain regulations of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.
